Identify and direct prioritization of portfolio expansion projects
Prepare preliminary business cases and market studies
Work with commercial teams to identify customer sponsor
Set cost model targets for current and new products
Initiate product benchmarking, market research
Participate in and influence industry standards committees
Attend major product specific trade shows and events
Conduct product training for front end teams
Coordinate preparation of all commercialization collateral
Position Requirements Experience and product knowledge of Hybrid Electric Vehicle /
Electric Vehicle Connection Systems
Demonstrated business skills related to business case preparation
Persistence to achieve revenue and profit goals
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to set self-directed portfolio improvement agenda
Excellent communication and people skills
Able to interface globally with sales teams and customers
Proven ability to work autonomously
Ability to solve complex problems
Ability to deal with and reconcile conflicting strategies
Connection system application engineering experience (plus)
Marketing background (plus)
Connection system component design engineering experience (plus)
Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (required) / with MBA (preferred)
