Bachelor's Degree - 3 - 5 years of Manufacturing & Lean Mfg. experience.
Knowledge of Manufacturing processess and sytems methods improvements, Strong knowledge of statistics, data
presentation and information processing. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Skills as they apply to the industry.
Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD, any solid modeling package. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Package. Must
possess Datatbase experience, such as Access, Project, Visio. Must have strong communication skills
