Job Description | Applicants for the maintenance position should be able to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, upgrade, and install the following types of equipment and software.
•Installation of Electrical Wiring and Conduit Systems for Single and 3-Phase
•Plant Lighting and Emergency Lighting Systems
•Electrical Distribution Equipment
•Motor Control Systems
•Troubleshoot Electronic Motor Control Devices (Soft Starts and Variable Frequency Drives)
•Troubleshooting and Programming of Allen Bradley PLC Control Logic System Ladder Logic to Include SLC 500, DeviceNet; RSLogix and ControlLogix
•Troubleshoot and Maintain Fanuc Robotic Systems
•Read, Understand, Troubleshoot, and Red Line to update Electrical Schematics
•Must be Extremely SAFETY Oriented and Knowledgeable of NEC Codes, LOTO, ARC Flash Procedures and Fall Protection Procedures
Applicants must be
•Familiar with Basic Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Principles
•Able to Use and Work From Heights Using Ladders and Aerial Lift Devices
•Able to Lift Up to 50lbs
•Flexible with Schedule and Available to Work Any Hours
•Available for Emergency Callouts at Any time
•Have a Good Attitude to Continue to Learn, Be Trained and Share Knowledge with All Staff Members in the Industrial Manufacturing Environment |
