Job Description | SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and maintaining new and established sales channels, establishing a good working relationship with distributors, and working directly with the NeuroLogica’s internal department for channel programs development. This position will play a vital role in the management of NeuroLogica’s Mobile CT product line and will be responsible for acquiring and retaining the best distributors for the market. This position requires a minimum of 60% travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
• ?Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet
performance objectives and expectations

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively lead a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive account relationship
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
• Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
• Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
• Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
• Facilitate all communications with distributors/resellers
• Improve client utilization
• Manage distributor profiles
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations
• Monitor competitor activity
• Create and implement plan for boosting market share
• Communicate channel activities and results and provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgeting to Senior Management
· Update CRM daily through Field Coordinator
· Monthly Activity Report due to Manager on the 1st of each month for the month prior
· Monthly Pipeline Review with Manager
• Recognize development needs and coach to improve performance; create opportunities and provide support for career advancement; establish priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to get results from people and exceed expectation
• Attend and complete all required training and certification exams
• Become and remain compliant with any relevant vendor tracking systems
• Follow all company policies regarding travel, expenses, meetings, and meals
• Maintain current, very high level of knowledge for all products
• Required to wear dosimeter when in direct contact with radiation emitting devices

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or other related discipline preferred
· 5-10 years of experience in Channel Sales Required; experience with large capital equipment preferred as is business-to-business experience
o You must have a DOCUMENTABLE track record in successful selling and the ability identify and develop new business opportunities
· Ability to direct teams and influence rather than just manage
· Experience in 3rd party vendor/contractor management
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
· Must be highly motivated, possess leadership skills, and have the ability to contribute to the company’s development.
· Willing to travel internationally and overnight
· Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record is mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post employment) is required
· Must be able to handle more than one project and task in unison
· Ability to act in an autonomous role with little, if any, management direction
· Budget, expense, and resource management experience required

COMPUTER & ANALYTIC SKILLS
· You must be comfortable with technology, be able to present using a laptop computer and be able demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; as well as Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome
· Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures is highly desirable
· Must be able to assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
o Often required to Push/pull weights of over 100 pounds when setting up/dismantling trade shows and/or maneuvering Company equipment into place for display
· Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
· Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when travelling
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-15 hours) for multiple days
· Regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather).
· Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situation
· The noise level in the work environment is occasionally very loud.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus
