Linde is currently seeking an Isotope Assistant Product Manager to join the team in Stewartsville, New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities:
Review new business and products with the Production Manager and Customer Service to assure that customer specifications and expectations are met.
Work with Customer Service and Marketing to track leads for follow up and prepare monthly reports on new activity to be submitted to the Head of Isotopes.
Outside sales and lead generation for new accounts for new and existing products.
Responsible for launching new products existing products in new applications.
Work with Regional Sales Management Globally to develop new business opportunities as assigned by the Head of Isotopes.
Understudy the Head of Isotopes for eventual succession to this position and serve as backup for the Head of Isotopes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of a B.S. in either Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering
Must have 5 or more years experience in isotope production and analysis of isotopes
Must have five or more years of supervisory experience
Background in chemical or biochemical synthesis techniques for the production of isotope labeled products Preferred
Must have the personality traits to succeed in a sales position
Use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, and internet search engines)
Strong background in spectroscopy, and chemical synthesis.
Written and verbal communications with the ability to train others in applications of isotope products.
Knowledge of Customer applications for isotopes.
Ability to work with customers and communicate at a PhD level with scientists.
Knowledge of economics and business practices necessary for business management.
Strong interpersonal skills
