| Job Description | Job Description: Conduct research in analog/mixed signal design tools for developing advanced DC-DC switching regulators in Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) technology for constructing integrated circuits and BiCMOS integrated circuit technologies; responsible for projects taken from definition through to production including simulation, layout, silicon debug, characterization, datasheet development and release.
Requirements: Ph.D in Electrical Engineering; background in education, training or experience must include all aspects of block-level design, chip-level design, system-level design, simulation and layout; in-depth knowledge of switching power supply control architectures; fully familiar with analog/mixed signal design tools.
Salary commensurate with experience.
