Job Description
Facilitate process improvement by understanding, analyzing and improving use of data and information flow in all business processes with functional responsibilities to include Process Metric Development and Information Management Strategy.
Experience/Skills:
BS in Engineering or Information Technology with 5+ years experience in business process/operations analyst role.
Dynamic personality with strong leadership capabilities and with demonstrated ability to move between strategic planning and tactical execution.
Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate passion for leadership
High energy and positive communication is a must in order to build bridges across existing organizational divides
Ability to work as part of, or leading, a team equally important
Experience in project management, quality system development/implementation/management and with service repairs in a workshop environment
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Skilled in establishing and improving KPI's in a service environment
SAP implementation/rollout experience a plus
Black Belt certification/orther process improvement methodology experience a plus |
