MES Engineer
Job Summary: As the MES Engineer, you will be solely responsible for sustaining, supporting and development of our Camstar and SAP BusinessObjects implementation. Must have excellent communication, organizational, and people skills. You will work with minimal supervision and interact with all facets of the company to support the MES in manufacturing operations. Will develop intimate understanding of the night vision sensor process flow
Primary Job Duties:
?Model new products and processes in Camstar.
?Troubleshoot problems with implementation including:
*Fixing user mistakes.
*Troubleshooting glitches.
?Develop SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports for Engineering and Management.
?New customizations in Designer.
?Interface test sets via Open Adapter.
?Writing custom software applications to bridge test sets and tools with Camstar with Camstar’s API.
?Generate StatIt macros to create SPC charts for engineering and management consumption.
?Support yield improvement and cost reduction efforts by data mining across multiple process areas
Required Skills:
?Camstar Manufacturing (4.x) experience
*Open Adapter, Intelligence, SPC, Web Forms, Designer
?SAP BusinessObjects – Universe Designer, Web Intelligence & InfoView.
?Visual Basic.NET, SQL, Access, ASP.NET
?Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus
?Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills especially in regards to computer systems
?Work under minimal supervision to accomplish your goals.
?Ability to multitask and manage several complex issues simultaneously meeting project costs and deadlines
?Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills.
Secondary Skills:
?Experience with Zebra barcode printer and Symbol barcode scanners.
?C#.NET, XML, HTML, ZPL, StatIt
Functional Requirements:
1.Minimum of B.S. in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline.
2.1-3 years direct experience with manufacturing process is preferred
3.U.S. citizenship is required, will be required to apply for Classified Security Clearance |
