RMB has made its name with rotationally molding components and rotationally lining substrates. But RMB is not the typical rotational molder. Over the Company’s nearly fifty year history, it has refined its manufacturing techniques so that today, it provides only the highest quality rotational molding and lining manufacturing to support extremely demanding applications. In addition, it has developed a unique and diverse set of other manufacturing capabilities – including injection molding, twin-sheet thermoforming compression molding, and product finishing – that it can integrate into a complete assembly.
Additionally we provide a full service, one-stop solution for the rapid manufacture of complex parts and components. We integrate world-class engineering knowledge with computer-aided design technology to quickly produce or even reproduce limited quantities of complex or obsolete parts.
We provide rapid manufacture of structural components using layer-build technology. This proprietary, proven process is changing the way manufacturing is done today by eliminating the need for tools and dies, thereby allowing customers greater design flexibility, while also providing greatly reduced life cycle costs through reduced part count, lower inventory cost and reduced non-recurring costs.
