Job Description | Desired Education/Experience/Qualifications:
· Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components and robotics
· Microsoft office skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· High School diploma
· 5-10 years of experience in Maintenance
· 2 year degree preferred
· Bachelor Degree is a plus
· Management training strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage the PM Program to ensure that fluid levels, pressure, and machine functions are maintained.
Cost Saving: Look at different ways to reduce spending on machine ports and accessories.
Projects: Arrange and coordinate various installations, conversions, and rebuilds on robotics/DLM/T.P./Air Comps
Down Time Reduction: Look at the failures that occur on our equipment and create longer-lasting and user friendly solutions.
Spare Parts: Make sure the department has parts to key components of our equipment.
