| Job Description | Repair of industrial maintenance equipment. Troubleshoot motor controls. Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Must be able to work in a cold environment (33 degrees) for up to 12 hours. Will be responsible for filling out work orders and log books manually and in the CMMs system. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Develop and implement machine PM’s.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a food-manufacturing environment.
•Must be hands-on, have solid communication skills.
•Proven experience with machinery maintenance, electrical systems, process controls, compressed air and hydraulic systems.
•A working knowledge of programmable logic controls, be able to read and diagnose problems from the PLC.
•Must take standardized mechanical test.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•High skill in machine maintenance and setup.
•Knowledge of gearing, motors, drive systems, electrical and pneumatic air actuated systems.
•Food Grade welding abilities.
