Job Description | Responsibilities:
Plan/implement/maintain electrical distribution arc-flash/med-voltage coordination initiatives and implement/maintain up-to-date distribution circuit listings at WI/KY plants.
Plan (2013 currently approximately $1MM) project management/construction management responsibilities. Assist with CapEx estimating/planning/maintenance. Assist with SAI's and Purchase Req's. Assist with proper project closeout/commissioning/records.
Expand use of existing CMMS maintenance system (Cribmaster client on CITRX) throughout WI/KY plants to prepare for likely SAP CMMS in near future. Ensure that all maintenance work requests are assigned a WO to enable best practice maintenance/life-cycle cost tracking. Set quarter-over-quarter WO closure goals.
Increase availability of Wisconsin Facilities department to consult with and assist other North America Nemak plants with facilities/utilities/production systems maintenance projects.
Provide preventive & predictive non-production maintenance engineering support to facilities/utilities/production systems to increase availability/reliability, increase life-span and reduce life-cycle cost of these systems; Utilize Infrared Thermography (IT) training (2008) and IT/oil analysis experience; Utilize HVAC, electrical, stationary engineering coursework (2007); Pursue PdM and Asset Reliability Process training to in-turn train Nemak maintenance technicians.
Desired Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
Training in Infrared Thermography (IT) and IT/oil analysis experience.
HVAC, electrical, stationary engineering coursework.
Predictive Maintenance (PdM) experience.
CMMS experience.
Minimum three years supervising skilled industrial technical and trades personnel.
Automotive parts manufacturing exposure.
Minimum three years industrial facilities engineering experience.
Education or experience with CapEx estimating/planning/maintenance and providing preventive & predictive non-production maintenance engineering support.
Ability to communicate with city officials when retrieving appropriate approvals as necessary.
