REHAU’s North American operations include several manufacturing plants, distribution centers and sales offices located across North and Central America.
Ihre Aufgaben
Job duties include:
•Perform mechanical and electrical failure diagnoses and repairs on advanced industrial equipment.
•Equipment types include complex
o pneumatic,
o hydraulic,
o electrical,
o mechanical,
o robotics,
o variable frequency and DC drives
o programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
•Perform preventative and predictive maintenance task ensuring equipment production readiness at all times.
•Communicate with co-workers and management personnel both verbally and written whereby information may be passed that is critical for production readiness.
•Respond to trouble calls in a timely manner eliminating unnecessary downtime.
•Find root cause of failures eliminating repeat failures for the same issue.
•Consistently look for and implement ways to improve equipment reliability.
•Robotic Electrical Troubleshooting
•Troubleshooting skills in Electrical and Automation systems
•Welding and mechanical skills a plus
•Must be able to follow instructions and perform work in a professional manor
•Must be able to work overtime when required.
Ihr Profil
Education and/or Experience Requirements
•Preferred associate degree in maintenance related field or 5 years on the job maintenance experience
•Experienced in diagnoses and repair of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, robotic, programmable logic and computer controlled systems.
•Be able to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical blue prints including hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. |
