| Job Description | Second Shift: 3:00pm. - 7:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair problems on die cast equipment/machinery, including robots
Repair CNC machine controls
Test equipment, PLC's and relay logic equipment
Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns
· Hydraulic issues and repairs
· Preform preventative maintenance
· Perform recordkeeping
· Comply with the QMS
· Document daily work and communicate it to others.
Desired/Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree Preferred in Industrial Electro/Mechanical
Requires good mechanical ability
Knowledge of hydraulic circuits / components, electrical in high and low voltage systems, electrical AC / DC, and Allen Bradley PLC’s
Print reading in all area’s listed above
1-3 years’ related experience
Automotive parts manufacturing exposure
Ability to work directly with supervisor
Ability to perform work with little or no errors
