SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies, and marketing communications activities, for external audiences. Oversees development and implementation of support materials in the area of marketing. Coordinates marketing projects at the strategic and tactical levels in partnership with other functions of Lincoln Industries. Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing program that will enhance Lincoln Industries brand and position within the marketplace.

•Management and development of all marketing activities and materials including publications, brochures, customer presentations and so forth.
•Ensure articulation of Lincoln Industries desired brand and position, assure consistent communication of brand and position throughout to all external customer communication channels.
•Maintain product related information through the website and LinkedIn
•Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all customer facing publications and materials.
•Collaboration with internal communications on the design and appearance of all internal/external print and electronic materials such as letterhead, PowerPoint, use of logo, brochures, etc.
•Regularly conduct relevant market research/trends and coordinate with key stakeholders to partner with and oversee this activity.
•Lead projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
•Develop short- and long-term plans for the marketing program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
•Promote and assure strong Lincoln Industries presence in industry related materials and publications.
•Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing and the specific business of Lincoln Industries. Apply this information to help Lincoln Industries with marketing initiatives and innovation.
•Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout Lincoln Industries for the contribution of key knowledge and expertise to marketing related materials.
•Maintain a strong partnership with internal communications in the development and alignment of Lincoln Industries brand and communications related to business impacting internal people or local community.
•Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
•Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.



QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

Education and/or Experience:
• Expected: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and 3-5 years related experience. Graphic Design software experience. Marketing analysis experience.

Preferred: Graduate business degree or comparable experience. Marketing analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.


Communication Skills:
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
