| Job Description | A stable and growing manufacturer in Stow is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their team.
The ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of experience implementing processes in a CNC machining environment. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of speed & feeds, tooling, and all machining practices / processes.
Position responsibilities include:
Develop processes and production methods with an emphasis on efficiency and quality
Conduct productivity studies
Analyze SPC data, evaluate root causes of non-conforming product, and implement corrective action
Generation of reports and other documentation as needed
Position requirements include:
Undergraduate degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
3 plus year of experience in a CNC machining environment
Well-developed understanding of all machining processes with the ability to troubleshoot on the plant floor
Hands-on skills with Inspection Equipment
CAD skills would be a significant plus
