Manufacturing Engineer level 3 capable of managing a robotic assembly line in a fast pace manufacturing environment. Applicant must be capable of designing fixtures and tools, understand assembly process techniques, and be able to direct assembly improvements to technicians. Applicant must also be capable of directing cost reduction initiatives and supplier audits. Applicant must be proficient in both Microsoft Word, Excel and power point and be able to provide weekly reviews to management. Applicant will be required to monitor the delivery schedule of existing production requirements as well as new configurations of products to insure that design quality is met. Applicant must have a manufacturing engineering back ground with disciplines in manufacturing practices and processes including SPC. Applicant should be able to demonstrate an ability to work within a multifunctional development group consisting of design engineers (electrical, mechanical, software), manufacturing personal (technicians / test engineers) and operations (buyer/planner, cost analysis).
