Job Description
Essential Functions:
•Develop processes which optimize production of mechanical components, CNC, Fabrication, welding production environment.
•Experience in Lean Manufacturing and design for manufacturing methodology.
•Experience with fixtures and tooling design.
•Familiar with 5S and 6 Sigma.
•Experience in process procedure writing.
•Experience with SQL, SolidWorks, MRP.
•Must be hands on.
•Must have excellent phone and communication skills. Candidate should feel comfortable providing creative input/suggestions and able to express oneself clearly and persuasively.
Essential Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to read printed word, write speak and understand English.
•Must be able to use public transportation, ie: plane, train, auto, etc.
•Must have valid driver’s license.
•Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.
Non-essential Physical Requirements:
•The maximum weight to be lifted will be based on NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines based on specific lift conditions.

Requirements
Candidate should have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
