Are you looking for a fast paced and rewarding work environment? Due to continued growth, Kleen Test Products is currently seeking Manufacturing Engineer for our Strasburg, Ohio location.
Requirements:
· Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
· Prior experience (2-4 years) in a contract manufacturing or manufacturing environment.
· Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
· Excellent analytical problem solving capabilities.
· Strong project management skills.
· Strong mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference as well as the ability to apply such concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
· PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) along with Microsoft Outlook and the Internet
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management
o New Product and Equipment startups
o Development and monitoring of project schedule
o Development and monitoring of project startup curves.
· New Equipment Installation
o Technology transfer
o Capital and startup cost monitoring and reporting
· Regulatory
o Engineering assistance to ensure regulatory compliance
· Quality Support
o Validation design, execution and report writing assistance
o Change control approval
· Manufacturing Support
o Design and execution of efficiency improvement projects
o Design and execution of downtime reduction projects
o Design and execution of throughput improvement projects
o Equipment start up assistance
o Equipment operation troubleshooting assistance
o New technology research and recommendations
o Assist in the execution of scheduling and planning for customer’s orders
· Engineering assistance to improve plant safety
