Support the Industrial Products Dept. Operations and Engineering department as needed to assemble, test and ship reliable and safe turbines and auxiliaries.

Responsibilities:

Review test Schedule for special test setups hardware or Instrumentation.

Liaison with Customer representatives during NLMT testing.

Oversee testing on NLMT as needed (typically API 612 tests).

Develop and update Work Instruction pertaining to testing and assembly. Audit actual work to the instruction. Assist in training as required.

Front line answers for Quality and assembly issues that require answers or NCR's written.

Safety review and intervention as needed in test area.

Root Cause Corrective Action on issues as deemed necessary.

Support and maintain test software as required.

Qualifications:

BSME from and accredited Engineering school Proficient with typical PC based software
Minimum 2 years experience within an Engineering firm.

Familiarity with Oracle and Eigner.

Familiarity with steam turbines and rotating equipment testing
