About the Job
Monogram Systems, a world leader in waste and water systems for commercial and military aircraft has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in our Provo, Utah facility

The Manufacturing Engineer will perform the following duties:

(1) Support continuing production of existing products, including employing lean principles to product lines, maintaining work instructions, and testing/troubleshooting manufacturing process and equipment.

(2) Evaluate assembly processes, special tooling requirements, and create work instructions for new products releases.

(3) Collaborate with design engineers, suppliers, manufacturing leads, and procurement to evaluate and influence designs for manufacturability and cost reduction.

(4) Other duties as assigned.


The successful candidate will have the following:

0-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering for composite products.

A B.S in manufacturing/mechanical engineering.

Experience with lean principles, including application of SPC principles such as Six Sigma, DOE, machine process capability analysis.

Candidates must be highly organized, and posses excellent communication and comprehension skills.

Candidate must be able to read engineering drawings.

Knowledge of basic composite winding and hand layup principles

Knowledge and skills with SOLIDWORKS and AutoCad desirable.

We are an ITAR-controlled facility. Employees must have U.S. person status.
