LOCATION: Kings Mountain, North Carolina

PAY CLASS: Exempt
JOB DESCRIPTION: Front-line point of contact for all weld fab depts. Supporting the shop floor while aggressively pursuing process improvements and cost reductions. Work closely with fabricators and design engineering. Responsible for creating and maintaining all routings and procedures for assigned area’s of responsibility.
EDUCATION: BSME, BSMET, BSIET
REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to communicate effectively both oral and written. Must have the ability to work with cross functional teams. Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blue prints. Experience with welding and fabrication techniques. Strong computer skills (Microsoft applications, AutoCAD / Solid Works) SAP Experience is a plus. |
