Our new Manufacturing Plant Engineer is a highly qualified position to plan, design, arrange, optimize, and supervise a manufacturing process. This position will be responsible for all maintenance functions for our company. Manufacturing engineers are creative and analytical thinkers as well as designers. The main responsibility of the manufacturing engineer is to create, develop, and implement procedures required to assemble, test, process and manufacture products for our company. This position will also be responsible for supervision of individuals in the department. Supervision includes hiring, training and development of staff.
The pace at Autumn Harp is FAST due to the nature of turn-key custom manufacturing. Therefore, our new Engineer must be able to appreciate our quick turn-around times on samples and prototypes.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry is required along with a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience; ability to travel occasionally; a proven track record with outstanding leadership, vision, and professionalism; thrive while working in a cross functional team based environment; and a personal commitment to succeed.
