Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing, is currently seeking a Maximo Services Analyst in Houston, TX. This position will provide assistance with overall design, development, and roll-out of an asset management system utilizing Maximo. The Maximo Services Analyst provides the day-to-day Maximo system administration and maintenance, query development, report writing, data integration development and implementation, coordinate end user training and documentation in support of operations.
Responsibilities
Provide 2nd level technical support regarding technical issues.
Provide user training to Maximo Regional Support Administrators.
Architects, designs and develops applications and database development in SQL Server environment.
Work with Maximo Services Team Leader, operations, maintenance, engineering, integrity, gas control, and safety, health, and environmental group to perform the following detail requirements:
Perform functional modeling based on requirements analysis.
Implement new sites including locations, assets, job plans and preventitive maintenance.
Relate Preventive Maintenance requirements to varying modules of Maximo.
Implement Work Flow processes to meet functional requirements.
Produce and modify application screens to meet user requirements.
Integrate data from multiple systems through table mapping and Integration Framework.
Configure Maximo to meet functional needs from processes to security.
Perform troubleshooting of data and functional issues.
Develop and provide functional training to personnel.
Provide support during implementations of new functionalities.
Monitoring and report the system usage.
Qualifications
4-year degree in Computer Science or related curriculum.
Proficiency with database system including MS SQL Server.
Experience with Maximo development and support is preferred, but not required.
General knowledge of natural gas gathering and processing preferred, but not required.
Good understanding of Oracle Finance, PeopleSoft HRIS software preferred.
Some travel is required. |
