| Job Description | FRIMO INC. is a state of the art machine build and tooling company which is seeking to hire a permanent long term individual as a Mechanical Engineer. The candidate will be required to travel occasionally both locally and across international borders. The candidate is also required to be a self-motivated individual that can work as a TEAM player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Involvement in the Design of Automated Machines
· Manage Assigned Projects and Duties
· Ability to Lead Designs
· Represent FRIMO Professionally
· Ability to Work Flexible Hours if Required
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Technology)
· Minimum five years of work experience in the Automation.
· Preference will be given to candidate’s with knowledge of;
o Motion with Electric Drives
o Motion with Hydraulic or Pneumatic Cylinders
o Presses, Carriers, Clamps
o Shuttle Systems
o Heating Systems
o Vacuum Systems
o Pump, Flow and Metering Systems
· SOLIDWORKS
· Knowledge of Safety Circuits
· Knowledge of Microsoft Products - Excel and Word
