We are currently seeking a Mechanical Integrity / Design Engineer with 10+ years’ experience in providing risk-based integrity assessments for the midstream oil and gas and pipeline industries. Desired Candidate will have will have a firm understanding of industry standards associated with facilities integrity management in overall mechanical integrity efforts. Expertise in API 580/581, API 579, ASME 31.3 is mandatory, and metallurgical corrosion experience is a plus. The successful candidate will recommend and implement changes in fixed equipment systems to improve reliability, operability, reduce downtime. He/she will also help improve existing preventive and predictive maintenance activities, such as investigate fixed equipment failures, and reviewing fixed equipment design calculations. Fitness for service experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential along with a proven track record of communicating safety / process risks to senior management groups resulting in effective prioritization and successful selection and implementation of practical and efficient mitigation programs. |
