| Job Description | Primary Objective of Position:
The person will be a member of the engineering management team with responsibility for the selected areas of engineering activity.
Essential Job Functions:
· Management of a core group of approximately 5-7 technical employees.
· Assist in recruiting and developing technical staff.
· Assist in defining project priorities and resources.
· Ensure timely completion and quality of results for his/her group.
· Make staff assignments and track progress.
· Report results to Micro Motion management as required.
· Ensure documentation requirements are met.
· Participate in the strategic planning process, and utilize personal plans as necessary to allocate resources.
· Develop and implement plans for maintaining and improving engineering tools.
· Participate and lead in the continuous improvement process.
· Assist in preparing budgets.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated record of technical contributions and program management and/or people leadership skills.
Experience:
Minimum three years experience in process control/flow measurement industry, with experience in product development and project management.
Education:
Engineering degree in appropriate technical field, advanced degree preferred.
