The Operations Supervisor, or Shift Manager is a front-line supervisor working rotating shifts within a steel manufacturing operation located in Ashland, Kentucky.
The Shift Manager will be responsible for leading and directing the activities of 8-12 production employees on a rotating shift basis. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for meeting unit objectives involving safety, quality, and productivity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
An engineering or technology degree in Mechanical or Electrical is strongly preferred. Strong leadership skills, prior supervisory, and/or manufacturing experience are strong pluses. |
