| Job Description | Monogram Food Solutions recognizes its team members are key contributors to its mission of growing profitably in the valued added meats sector. Our role of Operations Supervisor is based in Martinsville, VA and will be responsible for the supervision of team members in his/her area(s) of responsibility (Ready-to-eat, slicing, ovens, etc..), the management of machines, machine supplies, general operations and ensure finished product, supplied in sufficient number within the time parameters identified by the company’s management team.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Food Science or related discipline
•Experience in a supervision/management role within a food manufacturing environment
•Proficient experience with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook with the ability to adapt to industry specific programs
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
•Must have the flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required by production needs
