The product line includes bar and liquid cleansers, shampoo, hand cream, body lotion, facial moisturizers, sun protection and cosmetics, as well as other hair and skin care products. OrthoNeutrogena division of Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Inc. markets skin and hair care products recommended, used and prescribed by dermatologists.

To support our aggressive objectives for growth, currently Neutrogena Dermatologics has a tremendous opportunity for a Professional Sales Representative, located in Orlando, Fl.
The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and implementing company approved programs within a (company assigned) geographically defined territory. This is accomplished by providing company approved information and services to all classes of accounts such as Dermatologists, retail pharmacies and residency programs.
The Professional Sales Representative will develop and manage the business relationships with targeted physicians and customers focusing on the promotion of Neutrogena products. Responsibilities also include, calling on physicians and health related organizations within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate must also professionally create, maintain and increase sales within the designated territory by favorably influencing the prescribing habits of the targeted audience. They must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Neutrogena products and competitor products to further educate physicians and healthcare providers, and arrange and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians.
Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize market share of the designated product portfolio
Maintain up-to-date database to document sales call information, trends, future call objectives, sampling data and overall territory performance.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree. 2 years of Business-to-Business sales experience is preferred. Previous experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical or Healthcare industries preferred. Candidates must have a proven track record of performance with documented sales results. You will be asked to produce these documented sales results, and/or examples of company awards. You must be able to maintain a storage facility for company samples and supplies, additionally you must be able to lift and transport samples, literature, AV equipment and miscellaneous items (30-50 lbs.).
As business dictates, candidates must be willing to work additional and flexible hours beyond 40-hour work week- work and travel on weekdays/weekends as needed (i.e., conventions, meetings, etc). Candidates must have a valid drivers license issued in one of the 50 States along with a clean driving record. Must maintain a professional image and exemplify the highest degree of business integrity. Individuals must live within the current geography or willing to relocate to it. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Neutrogena & Ortho-Neutrogena products, policies, procedures, and sales strategies is a plus. Previous or present participation in a management development program is also preferred. Must have an extreme passion for the sales profession, with a strong customer satisfaction orientation. |
