| Job Description | Develops, sources, and/or justifies capability improving capacity increasing equipment lines, and processes
Designs equipment to meet processing goals (cost, quality, and/or yield)
Works with others in engineering, fabrication/machining, plant management, line operators, vendors, contractors, etc. to develop best solutions
Manages portions of our entire capital projects including project scope and budgeting, presentation to management for approval, equipment design, installation, and start up
Designs for food quality environment, manufacturability, and maintenance
Requirements
3-5 years engineering work experience in a manufacturing setting
Superior Problem solving skills
Bachelor’s degree – graduate degree in engineering preferred
Must have good mathematical background to handle common calculations
Position requires good written and verbal communication skills and project management experience
Previous work in Matrix Management a plus
