Job Description
Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, and coordinating activities of Pharmaceutical Development projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and budget by performing the following duties personally or through assigned project team members.

Responsibilities:

Establishes work plans and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for assignment of internal and external project personnel.

Confers with internal and external project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.

Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

Promptly update project timelines and plans, publishing the revised information to clients and stakeholders within Halo as and when there are changes to any project.
Draw to the attention of the Proposals Department any time when there is a change in scope of any project so that formal Change of Scope documents can be prepared for the client's approval.

Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university).

Experience: 5 to 7 years related experience in pharmaceutical development or a related field.
