Description
Intersil Corporation is looking for an experienced technician to fill the role of Photolithography Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors. Education Requirements:
• AS or AA in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
Experience Requirements / Skills:
• 5+ years supporting TEL ACT 8 Coat-Develop tracks.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills
• Excellent Oral communication skills
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets found in the Photolithography/Metrology area. Tool sets include Nikon i12 Stepper, Nikon i14 Stepper, Nikon ex14 Steppers Canon iW / Mark IV Steppers, Perkin Elmer Aligners 600/700, SVG90,88/86, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks, Semitool SRD’s, Hitachi SEM, and IVSI Metra metrology tools. |
