| Job Description | JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include ensuring work performed supports the plant¿s established performance objectives in the areas of safety, environmental compliance, quality assurance, uptime, and cost control. Expectations are to drive performance in a manner that results in sustained improvement. Ensuring that proper preventative, predictive and corrective measures, procedures and techniques are effectively communicated and administered. This position will oversee all plant projects and process improvements and is responsible for coordinating and managing all plant capital projects and maintenance engineering related activities including budgeting, design and installation, and contractor management. This position provides technical support to all plant departments and will report to the Maintenance Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent, with 7+ years of manufacturing experience. Successful candidate must have proficient computer skills including MS Office; AutoCAD and Maximo experience is a plus.
