Job Title: Plant Production Technician

Job Description:
Plant technicians are hired as members of a high
performance work team. Technician work teams are
responsible for operating production lines,
keeping production flowing, meeting performance
goals and maintaining the high level of quality
that consumers expect from our products.
Technicians perform various types of work such as:
operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting
high-speed making, packing and other production
related equipment; using basic hand and power
tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers,
hammers, drills, grinders, etc.; performing
preventative maintenance on equipment. Technicians
are expected to get involved, take charge of
situations, demonstrate ownership, confront
business-related problems and continuously improve
the equipment and processes.
Qualifications:
PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (minimum 1 yr.)
Individuals with a desire to learn manufacturing
processes including operating and maintaining
automated equipment, computer systems and product
distribution systems should apply. In addition, we
are seeking individuals with strong technical
aptitude, proven leadership, problem solving
skills, solid interpersonal skills, computer
skills (Data Bases, Excel, Word, or equivalent),
demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair
mechanical equipment, ability to work well in a
team-based, diverse culture and with experience
in liquid process or packing operations. You must
be 18 year or older, with a high school diploma
or equivalent, have a stable work history, be able
and willing to rotate shifts, pass a drug screen,
physical and several job-related skill tests. We
