Position Description: We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer to work in our Madera, CA location.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for technical support of the manufacturing facility and for overseeing the maintenance staff and its daily functions. This position will also have responsibilities within the facilities safety program as well as all environmental issues.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain process controls
• Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical problems
• Supervise plant maintenance staff
• Purchase and manage spare parts inventory
• Manage environmental compliance issues
• Manage capital projects
• Support plant manager by assisting with production related issues
Education/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with industrial safety and 3 phase electricity
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Solid analytical and technical skills
• Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to operate most office equipment
• Attentive to organization, detail and accuracy
