| Job Description | JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate should possess data collection and analytical problem solving skills and presentation of results that focus on process improvement and elimination of waste. This position will interface with various plant functions including production, maintenance, safety, etc. Must learn all aspects of plants operation. Other responsibilities include facilitation of improvement projects and teams. Applicant must have good organizational skills, proficiency in both written and verbal communications, and excellent human relations skills. Prefer bachelor¿s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering, Forestry, Wood Science, Industrial Technology or related, with 2-4 years experience in industrial environment. The successful candidate must have proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office. |
