Position Description Alcoa currently has an opening for a Process Engineer at our Dover, NJ location. This position will support manufacturing through:
process control and improvement initiatives
assume responsibility for the integrity of assigned products
establish and maintain external and internal customer contacts
document and prepare part specific work instructions
maintain knowledge of job cost and develop/implement appropriate plans to improve profitability
Basic Qualifications BS in Ceramics or Materials Engineering or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years applicable experience in investment casting preferred
working knowledge of statistical analysis
knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and/or ABS
APICS certification
strong analytical abilities
good PC skills
