Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities & Activities MOC process for plant
ISO 9000 system
New process and product development
Process improvement, e.g. additives
Operational Excellence program
ISO 9000 certification on plant measurement systems
Technical training
Project documentation
Investigate / resolve customer complaints at plant level
Participate in acid cleaning
Identify and develop process control mechanisms
Interact with Corporate Technology Group
Execute projects in support of capital plan
Track / optimize all additives to process
Support plant process needs
Relieve for staff positions
Act as process expert and develop process documentation
Coordinate ISO 9000 certification of plant measurement systems and support ISO 9000 efforts
Help ensure compliance with product specific regulatory and customer requirements
Train / teach operators about new processes and process improvements
Participate in safety hazards reviews
Mentor new process engineers as needed
Generate plant efficiency reports
Perform Weekend Duty
Analysis of AFE’s
