| Job Description | Grand Rapids Plastics is a growing plastic injection molding company located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Due to continuing growth, the company is seeking experienced Mold Process Technicians. The successful candidates will be willing and able to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and meet the following requirements:
-Previous experience as a Process Technician, 3 to 5 years preferred
-Knowledge of hydraulics and pnuematics
-Knowledge of TS16949 procedures and requirements
-Mechanical apptitude and knowledge
-Knowledge of safety procedures and requirements
-Completion of Paulson Training
Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintain communication with other techs and staff; maintain process documentation, ensure quality parts are produced and process parameters are within master set-up guidelines; use of SPC
