The Associate Product Manager (Hectorol) will coordinate, forecast and drive teams to deliver product supply. This position will have reporting responsibility to the Director, Product Management (Synvisc).
Responsibilities:
? Ensures quality and availability of Hectorol product line
? Owns Hectorol product cycle time and goals
? Continuous improvement in order to evolve current ways of thinking and find new ideas
? Lead initiatives and inspire the organization and management to support them by exuding energy and enthusiasm
? Analyzes demands, sets product target and ensures execution through schedule in order to eliminate any barriers to success
? Responsible for product line metrics, projects related to product improvements, and new markets opportunities.
Qualifications
BS/BA required
10 or more years of experience in a GMP environment is required.
MBA preferred
Project management experience is required
Strong interpersonal skills |
