REPORTS TO
Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Plan Implementation & Execution
Financial Management & Budget development/management for key areas
Pricing Strategy & Direction Execution
Project Management, eg. new item launches
Agency Management
Category development / Research management
Leadership Acumen- personnel development
Forecasting, including managing distressed inventory
Sales interface and interaction
Evaluating data and business trends for products and market
Creating monthly report for key marketing and sales people
Providing support to Marketing Manager and Director
Cross-SBA / Functional Communication

SELECTION CRITERIA
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing preferred
MBA preferred
Other
Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Detail Oriented
Demonstrated interest in marketing
Foodservice Experience preferred
Leadership Experience
