Basic Purpose
As industry-recognized leaders of CRM solutions for automotive dealerships since 1988, we are on a mission to take our market by storm.

As such, this position will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for expansion of our direct mail service, management of 3rd party mail house relationships and oversight of internal support operations.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Process incoming sales contracts, invoicing and coop program reimbursement

Develop and maintain sales support materials in coordination with Marketing

Manage fulfillment with multiple 3rd party mail house services and list providers

Investigate and resolve account issues

Develop and maintain compliance documentation related to manufacturer coop programs

Collaborate with sister companies, Inside Sales and Account Management to identify new opportunities to expand service

Provide functional requirements to technical team for service enhancement

Education and Experience

This position requires a minimum of a 4-years college degree in Business or Marketing.
The educational requirements may be minimized if the candidate has an appropriate amount of experience comprised of 5 or more years in a direct mail house or managing a consumer to business direct mail program.

Experience with MS Office applications a must.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Previous experience in business to consumer direct mail promotions

Good communications, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.

Previous work experience in fast-paced support environment


Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member

Proficient in P&L analysis (strong excel skills)

Strong organizational skills are a must.

Excellent phone skills and customer service skills are essential.

Ability to work independently and in team environments

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position is closely tied to the overall performance of the Inside Sales Team andour Managed Marketing Service offerings.
Work days may exceed eight hours and the position does involve long stretches of phone work.
This position also includes mental demands such as the normal stresses associated with interacting with people, managing projects, and completing tasks within a defined timeframe.
Occasional travel may be required.

This position requires good communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a high level of initiative. Successful candidates are also expected to have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have the ability and willingness to make effective decisions and set priorities according to the needs of the organizational and project.

Reporting Structure
This position reports tothe Vice President of Operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role involves matrix management of the Direct Mail Inside Sales Team in collaboration with the National Inside Sales Manager as well as the Direct Mail Support Rep.
