We are currently seeking a Product Manager for Lung Products. The initial responsibility for this product manager will be to commercialize a 15-gene prognostic signature for non-small cell lung cancer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional team in the commercialization of a 15-gene prognostic signature for NSCLC
Provide the voice of the customer to our internal teams to ensure development of a product that achieves rapid adoption
Design and develop product roadmap to integrate future developments with our current product offerings
Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to help us with product design and commercial adoption
Regular communication with senior leadership and field sales force
Define regulatory and reimbursement requirements and integrate these needs into product plans

Qualifications:
Education requirements:
BS in technical field, preferably biologic sciences
MBA or PhD desired
Experience:
3-7 years of Product Management Experience or 3-7 years in life-sciences/bio-tech R&D
Experience in commercial role (market or sales) in healthcare (preferably clinical lab)
Experience in project management
Understanding of molecular biology and associated technologies
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to think strategically, and make decisions without perfect or complete information
Ability to work with broad range of employees |
