Product Manager- Marketing

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager is responsible for designing, creating and delivering marketing programs to support the growth of company products. Programs include: Creation of and upgrades to marketing and technical materials, website management, management of industry, customer and supplier events and facilitating the development of promotional programs and selling tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies, plans and programs for products to support short term and long term sales and revenue objectives of organization.
Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and market factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Oversee strategy, development and production of promotional literature and collateral materials.
Manage and coordinate relationships with our major material suppliers.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Interface and coordinate with R&D in the development of new products.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Resolves conflicts to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to sales and marketing problems and opportunities.
Expert on promoted products as well as competitive products.
Guides preparation of reports on sales development and presents to executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent brand image throughout all promotional materials, and events.
Play an integral role in the new product development, introductions and line extensions.
Coordinate and attend major national, international and regional trade shows.
Maintain strong interface with sales force and external thought leaders.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years marketing/sales experience is required. MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of reimbursement, National Accounts and wound care practice management. Understanding of relevant industry guidelines a must.
