Benefit Administration solutions for managing the entire spectrum of benefit funds;
Health Claims solutions offering full service claims processing and automation;
Self Service Portal Solutions designed to provide Members, Employers & Benefit Administrators access to Web based self service features and decision support tools.
We have opportunity for a Product Manager for our Health Claims Solutions at our corporate office in Linthicum, Maryland. As a member of the Product Management team, the Product Manager is responsible for defining and communicating the strategic path of both current and new products and day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the functions of a Health Claims processing system and Product Management disciplines.

key Responsibilities
Define product strategy and product roadmaps with clear objectives and long-term vision.
Define product roadmap to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements inclusive of ICD-10 and Healthcare Reform provisions.
Perform product analysis to measure how well products are doing in the market, to include win/loss analysis, profitability, planned revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.
Work with prospects, customers and partners to define and translate business needs into clearly defined and detailed Product requirements.
Identify product enhancements that balance a favorable return on investment with customer needs.
Team with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Product Development to define, develop, market, sell and deliver the Product and the Product Value proposition in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
Partner with Product Development to communicate product requirements and determine viable development strategies, deliverables, and release dates.
Perform tasks in support of a systems development lifecycle including, requirements definition, functional specifications, use case scenarios, User Acceptance Testing, and software release communications.
Define, manage and prioritize the list of features in the product development backlog.
Work with the marketing team in market planning and communications, market messaging, collateral development, product launches, and leads generation.
Support the sales team efforts through presentations, demonstrations, competitive write-ups, white papers, and event support.
Engage in customer-facing activities such as customer conferences, customer visits and tradeshows.
Define value positioning for products to assist other areas of the organization in marketing and positioning of the products.

ReQUIREMENTS
Bachelors, with preferred focus in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or Healthcare Information Technology or equivalent experience
Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus
6+ years of business or systems experience pertaining to healthcare claims processing technology systems, with at least 4 years of product management experience
Energetic, self-motivated, strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds, and personality styles
Experience performing actionable, data driven customer research and turning that research into customer experience improvements
