Product Manager

Job Description
Wayfair (previously known as CSNStores) is looking for a motivated team member who will help us evolve wayfair.com to be the Best Global Retail site in our categories.

As part of product management team you will work closely with marketing, content, engineering and design teams to conceive and implement solutions. You will conceive ideas, harness ideas by collaborating with rest of the organization, write requirements, work with engineering and design to get the ideas implemented, monitor the performance of the ideas and optimize them. As a Product Manager you will bring a mix of technical, user experience, project management and business expertise.

Desired Skills & Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Product management or product design experience
Experience developing Internet products and technologies
Familiarity with business issues, or the ability to quickly learn
Appreciation of user experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
Ability to collaborate in a non-structured environment
2+ years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in either a technology or business discipline, MBA a plus
Experience with SQL is a plus
Experience within a consumer goods/retail company is a plus
