| Job Description | Xoran Technologies, Inc. is the innovator and market leader in compact, specialized medical CT scanners
Responsibilities:
*Have a thorough understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate clinical utility with physicians and practice administrators.
*Participate as a member of the Product Development Team, as needed.
*Align development projects with our game plan.
*Understand medical/business needs of our products.
*Defines the user needs for our products and services that drive improvement and new product
development.
*Act as a project leader for design projects, as needed.
*Provide product training to Sales and Marketing and Customer Service when design changes or new releases occur.
*Review technical and marketing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and appropriate brand representation.
*Author product user manuals and quick reference guides that are compliant with applicable FDA and ISO standards and regulations.
*Assist with product validation activities.
*Maintain thorough knowledge of our targeted markets, customers, and competition in order to design first-class medical devices.
*Develop the business case for new products and features, estimating the size of new markets and defining the ROI before product development.
*Support Sales and Marketing efforts by providing market, customer, and product-related information and analysis.
*Identify areas for continuous improvement.
*Review the literature for any articles or presentations that may be relevant to current or future products or features.
*Represent Xoran at conferences, meetings and trade shows.
*Develop content for and present MiniCAT Advanced Training workshops to physicians and administrators.
Requirements:
*Must have thorough working knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO14971
*Entrepreneurial drive, demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
*Able to prioritize requirements and communicate progress at regular intervals.
*Excellent written and verbal skills
*Possess superb analytical skills to create ROI projections, business case and market analysis for each new project
*Basic knowledge of sinus and temporal bone anatomy. Ability to read and annotate CT scans a plus
*Minimum BA or BS degree from accredited college or university
*Technical background in engineering or medical physics a plus. Certification in Product or Project Management a plus. |
