The Product Manager, working as part of FICO's Product and Technology Organization, performs the following roles:

Provides market insight, client perspective, and product expertise throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. Liaises with market-facing product management to understand market requirements and translate them into product requirements. Develops business and technical requirements documents, including use cases and user personas that can be translated into technical specifications. Works closely with product development to ensure translation into accurate technical specifications.

Experience/Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree in relevant technical or business field required. M.B.A. or, Masters a plus

10+ years business experience in Product Management. Strong knowledge of Marketing domain. Analytic and automated decision management experience in these markets a distinct plus.

Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis and in developing business and technical requirements documents. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute against a product line business/operating plan to include strong forecasting, estimating and project management skills.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Rational Unified Process Development Methodologies

Experience/certification with Pragmatic Marketing Framework

User Interface requirements gathering and development experience

Demonstrated ability to communicate on complex subject matter and to influence at all levels of an organization. A proven record of forging productive relationships with software and business teams.
