Responsible for the sales and profitability for a given product line.
Accountability for overall performance of a product and achieve goals for booked orders and gross margin for the US industrial market.
Responsible for sales and margin growth for a single product.
Manages the generation of new business typically < $5MM per year in sales.
Manage proposal generation.
Manages the tender process.
Responsible for final as-sold project budgets.
Accountable for project risk management for all tenders.
Develops product line via cost reductions, new market development, and innovations.
Negotiates terms and conditions of purchase orders with customer.
Manage product line improvements by obtaining input from all company departments.
Create and implement Global US industrial sales strategies.
Create and develop sales tools in order to achieve goals.
Establish market price points.
Maintain competitive analyses.
Direct sales calls on consulting engineers and end user contact.
Developing and expanding new business opportunities for the products.
Training external representatives and Regional Sales Managers in the use and advantages of the products.
Develop and maintain relationships with Representatives, consulting engineers and customers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts as required.
Maintain the dotted line relationship between Crown and VWS Italia (manufacturer of the product) as well as the contractual requirements between the two companies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Field
5-7 years experience required in the field of water/wastewater treatment processes, preferably in the Evaporation field
